    辯稱企業係自願捐款



    南韓首爾中央地方法院19日就總統「閨密干政門」舉行庭前會議，事件主角崔順實首次出庭，否認一切罪名。朴槿惠總統也透過辯護律師團主張，國會對她違憲違法的指控均不屬實，沒有理由對她彈劾。還說，如果對崔順實等的參政比例加以量化，與總統的施政總量相比還不足1％。

    朴槿惠被控讓崔順實等親信介入國家政策及政府人事任免，並任其發揮影響力，逼企業捐款。但辯護律師團主張，如對崔順實參政比例加以量化，與總統施政總量相比還不足1％。朴槿惠即使聽了崔順實意見並反映在施政上，也是社會觀念被允許之事，最終決定還是由朴自行定奪。
